First we have Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, socialite and daughter of former French Vogue Editor Carine Roitfeld. Julia wore this dress during New York Fashion at an exclusive dinner. Though the dress is pretty provocative, Julia managed to tone it down with a pair of sheer tights, black undergarments and demure shoes and accessories.
Then we have Ciara wearing the dress at an NBA All-Star Weekend event. CiCi decided to go the opposite route as Julia and not wear any undergarments...AT ALL! Considering the dress was probably meant to be worn that way, we can't really knock her for doing it...but at the same time, we're having a hard time deciding if it was a good look or not. Something about CiCi's look is really screaming streetwalker.
